Sorry, it’s been crazy busy. I’m on day 3 of my diet and this is the first I’ve been able to blog about it. Beginning of Day 3 and I’m down 3 pounds. I can tell you 1st hand that the waiFIT cleanse product works! Not much the 1st day but very well yesterday and so far this a.m. whew…. I know TMI
I love the waiFIT meal replacement drink. The first day I had the vanilla with a banana blended in it. Yesterday I used a vanilla with a peach and this morning I tried the chocolate and added a banana to it and so far, I think that is my favorite. Not sure what I’ll try tomorrow, gotta run to the store and buy more fruit.
So far, I haven’t gone a day without cheating, sounds like me doesn’t it. Thursday, I had a networking event so I did have 1 Bud Lite but I skipped my daily Mountain Dew. Last night was our #nocofat (Northern Colorado Friday Afternoon Tweetup), drinks are 2 for 1 so I had 2 Bud Lites but I think since they are BOGO, it only counts as 1 ; ) Still no Mountain Dew but now that I’m writing about it, one is sounding pretty good, gotta fight the feeling. Not having too many hunger pains so all is good there.
To keep the other part of my bargain with this blog, I now need to list 3 new items on ebay to match my 3 pound loss. The first item I’m listing today will be a set of Soft Paws. We put a set of these on Oskar so that we wouldn’t have to declaw him and they are awesome. I now have a small inventory of them and plan to sell them on ebay. I hope to have these up by this afternoon as well as 2 other new listings. I just haven’t decided what the other 2 will be yet. I am going to add #TED to the listing title so you will know which items represent my lost pounds! #TED stands for the Ebay Diet and the hash tag is a common search tag used in Twitter to easily find things.

Well, I have to run to the Post Office before they close for the holiday weekend. I’m having a waiFIT product launch party at my house Tuesday night, 9/8/9, the webinar starts at 8:30 pm. I’ll have some samples of the product for you to try and it’s just a great way for you to get more info with no pressure. Let me know if you want more info on that.

adding a quick edit here, having problems with my description in Vendio. Only got 1 new item listed today, will have to catch up when description problem is fixed. Still cleansing very well today, will probably have to add more items to the count ; )
